This Intermediate Kit contains sufficient products to treat two average-sized rooms or, alternatively, to carry out an intensive treatment (or several re-treatments) to one room with a severe carpet moth infestation. In addition to our top-selling Pest Expert Formula 'C' Carpet Moth Spray, this Kit also contains fumigating Formula 'P' Foggers, Formual 'P' Carpet Moth Powder and Demi Diamond Moth Pheromone Traps.
This Kit includes:
2 x 1 litre Pest Expert Formula 'C' Carpet Moth Killer Spray: Formula 'C' is a highly-effective carpet moth killer that offers both fast-acting and long-lasting carpet moth control. Containing three powerful active ingredients, including an Insect Growth Regulator, Formula C+ kills carpet moths on contact and also leaves an insecticidal residue that continues to protect for up to 12 weeks, killing eggs and larvae as they transition through the life cycle stages. A one litre trigger spray will cover 50 sq m and can be applied directly to carpets.
2 x Pest Expert Formula 'P' Foggers: The Fogger is an aerosol fumigation device which releases an insecticidal gas, delivering a rapid knockdown of adult carpet moths. It does not need to be lit and so poses no fire risk. The gas leaves no visible deposits so will not taint or damage furniture. One Fogger will treat one standard room.
2 x Pest Expert Formula 'P' Carpet Moth Powder: An insecticidal dust that kills all life cycle stages of the carpet moth including moth eggs and larvae.
2 x Demi Diamond Moth Pheromone Traps & Holders: Ideal for aiding early detection of a moth infestation and for monitoring activity following treatment. The slow-release pheromone attracts the adult male moth, which disrupts the breeding cycle and helps reduce numbers. A pheromone pad lasts approx 8-12 weeks.

Recommendations
If you’ve discovered the first signs of a carpet moth infestation, then it is always best to tackle the problem as soon as possible before moth numbers can increase and cause more extensive damage. As carpet moths are part of the Tineola species – a textile pest – they will feed on any natural fibres and can go on to attack clothing and other fabrics, so early treatment is essential.
